… for those of us free in the daytime

"Daytimers" is a programme of events for those of us free in the daytime. It has been attracting a wide range of participants for its lively mix of outside visits and activities held at the Montagu Centre - all held during the daytime.

Our next event is on Tuesday, 29 November at 11am: tour of 18 Stafford Terrace in Kensington, a Victorian house on 5 floors with all the original furnishings, a veritable time capsule! "Daytimers"has been running for three years now. Among recent successful activities was a visit to the outstanding Czech scrolls museum at the West London synagogue  and to the Jewish Museum.

Events taking place at the Montagu Centre have all attracted an equally large and diverse set of participants. People came from as far as Oxford for the Yiddish Day and from Birmingham for the Genealogy workshop. All thought their trips worthwhile, including those of us who did not have so far to travel.
