ACTION REQUIRED

LAST CHANCE: Biennial Weekend - Celebrating Success - Chairs and Rabbis

This year’s Biennial weekend gives us a great opportunity to celebrate the successes, achievements and diversity of all of our congregations. To that end, we are putting together a major exhibition and would really like every congregation and associated body to be represented. So we are asking you to provide us with 4 -5 short bullet points that can be used in the display, and possibly a couple of photos. It will only take you ten minutes at the most, and it’s a great exercise in reminding ourselves just how good we all are! You will find more information and suggestions in this link –  please respond by 3rd March at the latest to Mike Beral at m.beral@liberaljudaism.org. Don’t let your congregation miss out on this opportunity!

An Evening With Boris Johnson - All

Monday 3rd March, 7.30 pm, Liberal Judaism, Montagu Centre.  Boris Johnson, MP, is the Conservative candidate for Mayor of London and will be campaigning in the mayoral elections in May. The responsibilities and powers of the Mayor have far-reaching effects on London and on much of the rest of the country. We are therefore pleased that Mr Johnson has agreed to speak at the Montagu Centre and to answer questions so that his position may be understood. We have extended invitations to the other mayoral candidates, including the incumbent, and hope to be able to announce further similar evenings in due course. Places are limited and therefore attendance will be by ticket only on application to montagu@liberaljudaism.org.

This is your e-bulletin.  Please email a.mankowitz@liberaljudaism.org if there is anything you would like to see included.  Deadline for submissions is 10am on Thursdays.
